Ishana Bai has enjoyed a full life with expansive travel and tastes of many lifestyles. From being with the Beatles in Hamburg to quiet repose in the temples of India, she has explored many experiences. She raised her four daughters the way of the Gypsy woman across Europe and America. She is a Master potter of 40 years, and an artist and crafts woman with many skills and talents.
Ishana Bai loves to study and has been drawn towards many profound philosophies. In the Anthroposophical community she has been a teacher and mentor. She has engaged in shamanistic studies and journeying. Eastern studies of Taoism and Zen have been a source of much insight for her. Ishana Bai’s most powerful way of drawing strength is from the source, from connecting with and immersing herself in nature.
Ishana Bai’s deep understanding of universal and cosmic connection allows her to activate chi fields and channels in others. This awards her the gift of providing for others the feeling of being connected with everything and everyone. She gives others the benefit of trusting their own inner strength and truth to feel positive and enthusiastic. To take action and live strong.

Time: 8:30 AM
Please arrive at 8:30 AM to complete registration process. Class starts at 9 AM, ends at 5 PM.

Day two: Sunday, July 2, 2006

Time: Please be in class and ready to begin at 9 AM. Class ends at 5 PM.

Materials: Please bring a note pad, and dress in layers, energy shift will cause personal temperature fluctuations.
Manuals and instructional materials will be provided.

Tea and water will be provided.
There will be a morning break and and a lunch break.
Brake times, and locations of restaurants close by will be announced before class starts.

Take 101 South to 92 West (toward Half Moon Bay) get off at the West Hillsdale Exist. Turn right and come up the hill, seeing College of San Mateo on your right. Go to the top of the hill and you will arrive at the stop sign. Turn left on CSM drive and drive one block to Parrott Dr. and turn right. Our house is the 2nd house on your left as you turn onto the Parrott Dr. We have two drive ways. You can park your car in the drive way, but drive all the way into the drive way so that you can give room to the others. There is no parking on the street. From Carmel or Santa Cruz area:
From Carmel you take 156 and get on 101 and then get on 85.
From Santa Cruz take 17 and get on 85.
Once you are on 85 take the freeway to 280 North. Then you take 92 East toward San Mateo Bridge. After you get on 92 East, take the third exit, West Hillsdale. When you come off the freeway, turn left and come up the hill, seeing College of San Mateo on your right. Go to the top of the hill and you will arrive atthe stop sign.
